SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
EXCLUSIVITY. We exclusively accept unpublished editorial work. Social media teasers are permitted, but full story sequences must remain exclusive until the official Release Date of the current issue.
QUALITY & FORMAT. Submissions must be high-resolution (300 DPI) in JPEG or TIFF format. A minimum of 6-8 distinct wardrobe looks is required per editorial for print consideration and visual depth.
CREDITS. Comprehensive team and wardrobe credits (including Instagram handles) are mandatory. Please provide them in an editable format. VioraMagazines is not responsible for errors in credits submitted.
STYLING. Our editorial aesthetic focus is on high fashion and creative storytelling. Avoid heavy logos unless they are integral to a narrative pre-approved by our editorial board.
LEGAL RIGHTS. By submitting, you confirm that you are the sole photographer or copyright owner, or have explicit permission from the rights holder to publish the work across all our channels.

RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP. By submitting to VioraMagazines, the photographer and creative team confirm they are the sole owners of the intellectual property. All submitted works must be original and not infringe upon any third-party rights. Ownership remains with the creators, while granting VioraMagazines a non-exclusive license for publication across digital and print media.
PUBLICATION LICENSE. Once a submission is accepted and published, it cannot be removed or retracted. VioraMagazines reserves the right to use snippets, single images, or full editorials for promotional purposes on social media and marketing channels to showcase the artists' work to our global audience.

Comprehensive credits for all team members (photographer, model, stylist, makeup artist, etc.) must be provided and accurate; changes after publication may incur administrative fees.
CONTENT INTEGRITY. The editorial team reserves the right to curate and select images from the submitted gallery that best fit the magazine's aesthetic. Slight cropping or color correction may be applied to ensure visual cohesion within the issue. Submission does not guarantee placement unless a priority package is selected.
IMAGE REQUIREMENTS
Resolution & Quality
All images must be high-resolution (minimum 300 DPI) for print compatibility. We do not accept images with watermarks, logos, or heavy digital filters.
Orientation & Format
Portrait orientation is highly preferred for editorial layouts. Submissions must be sent as JPG or TIFF files using the sRGB or Adobe RGB color space.
Credits & Ownership
Full team credits must be provided at the time of submission. By submitting, you confirm you own the copyrights or have permission from the legal copyright holder.
